Newsletter viewer cover 3

The Python Software Foundation (PSF) is a non-profit organization devoted to advancing open source technology related to the Python programming language. The organization holds the intellectual property rights behind the Python programming language.

SF manages the open source licensing for Python version 2.1 and later. It owns and protects the trademarks that are associated with Python.

The Foundation runs the annual North American PyCon conference, it supports other Python conferences around the world, and funds Python related development through a grants program and funding special projects.

The Python Software Foundation has honored us by inviting our educational platform to become Official Members of the foundation, giving Education Ecosystem the opportunity to help them to advance in their mission. Also, with this invitation, they have given us the right to vote for Board Members, and for this milestone, we are very grateful.
